Are shipping costs included in the total?
The total price at the end of the order is inclusive of shipping costs.
When will the order be shipped?
Duetto srl will process the order, save in the case of force majeure. In this case, timely communication will be given to the Customer through one of the provided contact details (tel, e-mail, fax, etc.).

How many days does it take to deliver the goods?
Duetto srl commits to deliver the goods purchased within the established terms. Duetto srl is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods as a result of delayed or completely missed deliveries. The Customer may request the cancellation of orders that, by the confirmed delivery date, have not yet been processed or withdraw from the purchase within 8 days after delivery.
My parcel is damaged, what should I do?
Any flaws and/ or defects of the goods must be reported within 8 days of delivery. Returns must be agreed and authorized by Duetto srl. In this case, shipping costs in free port will be charged to the customer.
I’m not satisfied with the product, what should I do?
Duetto srl, in view of its policy of Customer Satisfaction, will meet every customer dissatisfied with their purchase, reasonably and in any case only following its unquestionable judgment, where appropriate, by replacing the product with other goods of equal commercial value. The shipping costs for the return of the goods and for the sending of the new will be charged to the customer.
What payment do you accept on the website?
The website is constantly being updated. Nowadays you can easily pay via Paypal using your account and/or a card connected to it. You can pay by credit/debit/prepaid card via Paypal or even bank transfer even if you are not registered for the service.
